About The Class

In this class you can learn about new ways to preserve your health. These cooking demonstrations will help you get the most out of your meals and stay healthy! Cook books are available. While you watch the demonstrations you can ask questions and, if you have a webcam set up in your kitchen, you can have your progress checked.
